MLM Environmental LogoThis CPD seminar provided by Michael Wadood of MLM Building Control will look at the history of Building Control and the systems in place to control the construction of buildings.

The control of buildings is one of the oldest forms of local government responsibility and in England it can be traced back to the 12th Century with the modern system being evolved from the aftermath of the great fire of London.

Michael will also be addressing the newly released MHCLG  document on the Building Regulations Reform Consultation, as this was only just released 6th June 2019.
