How Do I Apply?

In the first instance, you will be required to submit an up-to-date Curriculum Vitae, 3 years CPD record, Professional Statement and the Chartered Environmentalist Application Form.

Please read the Chartered Environmentalist Specification document to ensure you are eligible. An assessment will then be based on your qualifications and experience in environmental matters where points are awarded for academic achievement and for the proportion of your experience that is relevant.

If you meet the above requirements, the second stage of the application process requires you to complete a Competency Review Report to demonstrate that you meet the key competencies of a Chartered Environmentalist.

If you have been able to demonstrate that you achieve the requirements, then the final stage of your application will be a peer review interview carried out by a panel of Chartered Building Engineers who are also Chartered Environmentalist
