CABE is a global membership Association with members in more than 58 countries established in 1925 and is looking for a Technical Trainer, reporting to the Technical Director, who will be focussed on delivering training for CABE. This will be for both internal and external members and encompass training with some travelling. Close collaboration with the HQ team will be required to ensure that programmes are aligned with the organisation’s business goals and member needs. You will also be required to develop instructional material and select suitable delivery methods or training aids.
As a Technical Trainer you will be responsible for providing all training activities on a wide range of topics relevant to CABE’s membership. You will also deliver training content to customers (members and non-members) through live sessions, e-learning and webinars, proactively support in the creation, monitoring and improvement of processes, and contribute to all training communication and promotion ensuring that a consistent standard of quality work is delivered. You will also contribute to technical support and advice to members and support the Technical Director through representation on external committees.
Bachelor degree in a relevant built environment subject or similar background through education or related experience.
